We booked here through Olympic. Originally the brochure said 5 min bus ride into town, not too bad . Then a new brochure was published and said 20 min bus ride  !!! It was actually a 25 min bus ride but you could walk it in the same time as the bus goes around the world, if you don't mind walking. I ended up with blisters  on my feet. The beach is a 15 min walk. There are a lot of europeans who book B&B. You can pay to have a cold breakfast for 4 euro and 7 euro for a buffet style evening meal. After a couple of nights each meal tasted the same . All of the staff were friendly. The hotel drastically needs upgrading. There were large cobwebs above our bathroom door and the shower head wasn't attached to the wall. There wasn't really room to swing a cat in the shower area. The bins were emptied regularly and the towels changed almost every day. Very nice pool area, quiet, almost too quiet apart from an occasional loud karoke ongoing in the hotel next door but at least it was a sign of life  . |
